Flare stack are important to maintain the pressure in the associated equipment & piping so that they are not over pressurized. Take a look at the list of links that focus on flare stack & its analysis.
The elevated flare system consists of a flare header, knock out drum and a flare stack. The waste gas and condensate are collected from the whole plant through the flare header and then the condensate is separated in the knock out drum and finally, the gas is burnt in a stack at high elevation. As the combustion of gases (toxic) is done at flare tip at high elevation, the complete system is called Elevated Flare System.
Rishabh Engineering successfully executed the structural stress analysis of flare stack using STAAD Pro. We also provided the mechanical stress analysis of flare stack using PV Elite and structural design drawings for flare stack and its associated supports and other accessories.
